All posters are sent next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once again, BTOG have agreed to  incorporate Scienceposters as an optional  poster service for poster presenters in  Dublin on 25-27th January, 2012.   For only £130 plus p&p, Scienceposters will design and print your poster. This includes as many drafts as required to get the poster completed to your satisfaction and a final pdf of your poster. Posters will be sized A0 portrait to fit in the available space. Presenters submitting their poster content for design before the 11th January will qualify for a £25 discount. We also offer a print only service - we can print your Powerpoint file for £38 plus p&p - normally prints emailed before 1pm are posted the same day to arrive the following day before 1pm. Presenters using this service should size their posters to 840mm wide by 1188mm high (A0) to fit in the available space. Following successful trials at other meetings such as the ASGBI in Glasgow we are offering a collection service where delegates can collect their poster on arrival at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin. Scienceposters are working with the BTOG secretariat to ensure safe delivery. There is a minimal charge for this service which will depend on the number of posters sent to us - from last years meeting we would estimate no more than £5 per presenter.  Deadline for this service is midday on the 21st January. For urgent/last minute posters please contact us to ensure we can print/design in time to ensure delivery. All posters for the BTOG being sent to Dublin for collection are going to be printed on Fabric - this will allow us to courier to Dublin and as a special offer we are offering a free fabric upgrade worth £25- this offer is dependent on a printed by Scienceposters logo being added to the poster (click on the discounts post-it for further details). If presenters choose to recieve their poster and take it themselves to Dublin then posters are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm (£7.50 for one poster) and will be printed on photo paper.
