All posters are sent next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The ALSGBI have once again agreed to incorporate Scienceposters as an approved  optional poster service for poster presenters. For only £130 plus p&p,  Scienceposters will design and print your poster. This includes as many drafts as  required to get the poster completed to your satisfaction and a final pdf of your  poster. Posters will be sized A0 (1180mm x 840mm) to fit in the available space.  Presenters submitting their poster content for design before the 3rd November will qualify for a £25 discount. A 10% print-only discount is also available - click on the yellow post-it for details. We also offer a print only service - we can print your Powerpoint file for £38 plus p&p - normally prints emailed before 1pm are posted the same day to arrive the following day before 1pm. Presenters using this service should size their posters to 840mm wide by 1188mm high (A0) to fit in the available space. Posters are printed using high quality photo satin paper. For a £25 supplement we can also now print onto foldable fabric (click on the poster printing tab for further details) This year we are offering a collection service where delegates can collect their poster on arrival at the meeting. Scienceposters are working with the ALSGBI secretariat to ensure safe delivery. There is no charge for this service.   Deadline for this service is midday on Sunday the 13th November. For urgent/last minute posters please contact us to ensure we can print/design in time to ensure delivery. The meeting this year is in Cardiff and we are based 5 miles outside Cardiff - hence we should be able to accomodate short-notice prints if necessary If presenters choose to recieve their poster and take it themselves to the Cardiff, then posters can be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm (£7.50 for one poster).
