Presenters submitting their poster content for design before the 25^th February will qualify for a £25 discount.

We also offer a print only service - we can print your Powerpoint file for £38 plus p&p - normally prints emailed before 1pm are posted the same day to

arrive the following day before 1pm. Presenters using this service should size their posters to 840mm wide by 1188mm high (A0) to fit in the available

space.

Posters are printed using high quality photo satin paper.

Following successful trials at other meetings, we are able to offer

a collection service where delegates can collect their poster on

arrival at the meeting. Scienceposters are working with the ASiT

secretariat to ensure safe delivery. There is no charge for this

service.  Deadline for this service is midday on the 10^th March.

For urgent/last minute posters please contact us to ensure we

can print/design in time to ensure delivery.

If presenters choose to recieve their poster and take it

themselves to Kingston On Hull then posters are despatched

using Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm (£7.50

for one poster). For a small premium a before 9am service is also

available.

To send your posters for printing or design simply upload them

using the uploader to the right.

Please include contact details, a delivery address and also specify

whether the files are for design or just printing.

This year the UKRC have agreed to incorporate Scienceposters as an approved optional poster

service for poster presenters. For only £125 plus p&p, Scienceposters will design and print your

poster. This includes as many drafts as required to get the poster completed to your

satisfaction and a final pdf of your poster. Posters will be sized A0 (1180mm x 840mm) to fit in

the available space.
