All posters are sent next day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once again, The British Thoracic  Society have agreed to incorporate  Scienceposters as an optional poster  service for for poster presenters at the  QEII Centre on 7-9th December, 2011.   Presenters submitting their poster content for design before the 23rd November will qualify for a £25 discount.  We also offer a print only service - we can print your Powerpoint file for £38 plus p&p - normally prints emailed before  1pm are posted the same day to arrive the following day before 1pm. Presenters using this service should size their  posters to 1188mm wide by 840mm high (A0) to fit in the available space.   Posters are printed using high quality photo satin paper. For a £25 supplement we can also now print onto foldable  fabric (click on the poster printing tab for further details). For print-only posters a 10% discount is available by  adding our logo - click on the yellow post-it for details. As with the last few BTS meetings, we are again offering a collection service where delegates can collect their poster on  arrival at the meeting. Scienceposters are working with the BTS secretariat to ensure safe delivery. There is no charge  for this service.  Deadline for this service is midday on the 4th December. For urgent/last minute posters please  contact us to ensure we can print/design in time to ensure delivery.  If presenters choose to recieve their poster and take it themselves to London then posters are despatched using Royal  Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm (£7.50 for one poster). For a premium a before 9am service is also  available.
