PathSoc have once again agreed to incorporate Scienceposters as an approved optional poster

service for poster presenters. For only £117 plus p&p, Scienceposters will design and print your

poster. This includes as many drafts as required to get the poster completed to your satisfaction

and a final pdf of your poster. Posters will be sized 841mm x 841mm to fit in the available space.

Presenters submitting their poster content for design before the 24th December will qualify for a £25 discount.

We also offer a print only service - we can print your Powerpoint file for £30 plus p&p - normally prints emailed before 1pm are

posted the same day to arrive the following day before 1pm. Presenters using this service should size their posters to 841mm wide

by 841mm high to fit in the available space. Again, presenters submitting their posters for printing before the 24th December will qualify

for a £4 discount.

Posters are printed using high quality photo satin paper. We can

also now print on fabric - see poster printing or ask for details.

We are again offering a collection service where delegates can

collect their poster on arrival at the meeting. Scienceposters are

working with the PathSoc secretariat to ensure safe delivery.

There is no charge for this service.  Deadline for this service

is midday on the 3rd January. For urgent/last minute posters

please contact us to ensure we can print/design in time to

ensure delivery.

If presenters choose to recieve their poster and take it

themselves to Hinxton, then posters are despatched using Royal

Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm (£7.50 for one

poster). For a small premium a before 9am service is also

available.
