The easiest way is via email - click on the button (right) and send your enquiry. We normally reply quickly but please call if you don’t recieve a reply

within 24hrs.

To submit your poster content, either email and attach your files, or if your files are particularly large (>4Mb) then use our upload facility situated

below.

Please also remember to enclose any poster instructions from

conference organisers, in particular the poster board dimensions.

For particularly urgent requests it is always worth calling us to check

the current situation regarding time-scales.  As a rule, print only

posters emailed before 2pm are printed and posted the same day if

there are no problems, and initial drafts for urgent designs are

usually returned within 48hrs
