Scienceposters would be delighted to be involved in meetings - we can help with poster design guidelines, and of course provide an optional print/design service for presenters together with discounts for presenters or commission for the organisers.   From 2009 we have been offering a "collection service" - whereby Scienceposters will liase with the meeting organisers and send posters direct to the meeting. Presenters will be able to collect their posters at the meeting and no delivery charges will apply.
